We have been running coaches in Finland since 2014, and it is a country where the conditions, not the roads, set the pace. Most work starts in Helsinki, with collections from Helsinki Airport (HEL), congress transport for Messukeskus Helsinki, and city work around the capital. Beyond Helsinki we cover Turku on the south-west coast, the old town of Porvoo, the lake district inland, and longer runs north into Lapland and the Arctic.

There are no road tolls in Finland, so pricing is clean and there is nothing to add for the motorways. The roads themselves are well maintained, but the winters are demanding and the daylight is short for much of the year. We fit winter tyres and use drivers who are experienced in snow, ice and cold, which matters when a route runs for hours between towns. Many trips also tie in with ferries to Stockholm and Tallinn, and we coordinate the timing around sailings.

The groups we move in Finland are as varied as the country itself: conference delegations heading to Messukeskus Helsinki, corporate teams on incentive trips, wedding parties, school and university groups, sports squads and multi-day tours running up towards Lapland. You receive a written all-in quote that sets out the driver, fuel, parking and the driver hours, with no hidden extras and nothing to add for tolls because Finland has none.
