How much does minibus hire with a driver cost?
As a guide: an airport transfer runs roughly 250 to 500 euros one way, a half-day around 300 to 500 euros and a full day 450 to 750 euros, all-inclusive of driver, fuel, tolls and standard parking. Send us your route and date and we confirm a fixed written price, usually the same day.
What minibus sizes can we choose from?
Three steps: a Mercedes V-Class van for up to 7 passengers, a Mercedes Sprinter minibus for up to 19, and a midibus for up to 29. Tell us your headcount and luggage and we match the size, so you are not paying for empty seats.
Is there enough space for luggage?
The Sprinter and midibus carry a full airport-luggage load for every seat. For ski equipment, band gear or trade-fair material we can add a luggage trailer; just mention it in the request.
Can we book a minibus with driver for several days?
Yes. Multi-day hires are priced per day with the driver staying with your group; you cover the driver’s hotel room on overnight tours. We plan the route around EU driving-hours rules so every day is legal and realistic.
How far in advance should we book?
For a single transfer a few days is usually fine. For summer weekends, trade-fair weeks and December dates we recommend 2 to 4 weeks, because minibuses are the first vehicles to sell out.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request and free of charge. Tell us the ages of the children when you book and the driver will have the right seats fitted before pickup.
