Tours are priced per day of coach use, all-inclusive. Driver, fuel, tolls, parking, border fees and overnight driver accommodation all sit in one price. The longer the tour, the better the per-day rate.

One all-inclusive figure covers the driver, fuel, all motorway tolls, parking and VAT, so the number we quote is the number you pay. We don't add fuel surcharges or per-kilometre extras mid-trip. Because itineraries vary so much, every European tour is quoted custom, and you'll have a full breakdown back from us within about two hours.
Yes. The same vehicle and the same driver stay with your group from the first pickup to the final drop-off, across every city and border. It means no reloading luggage between legs and a driver who already knows your schedule and your people. Our drivers are English-speaking, background-checked, and average more than ten years behind the wheel.
EU Regulation 561/2006 caps a coach driver at 9 hours of driving a day (10 twice a week), with a 45-minute break after 4.5 hours at the wheel and a daily rest period between duty days. We plan every itinerary around those limits before you board, and on long legs we schedule a second driver so the tour keeps moving legally. It is why our day plans sometimes look conservative on paper: they are built to be kept.
Within reason, yes. Adding a castle stop, stretching a lunch or skipping a museum is normal touring and your driver adjusts on the spot, as long as the day still fits inside legal driving hours. For bigger changes, a different overnight city for example, one message to our 24/7 dispatch and we rework the routing, parking and timings while you carry on with your day.
We do, and it is already inside your all-inclusive price. You never book a room for the driver or handle a separate expense claim; our operations team reserves driver accommodation at or near each overnight stop when the tour is planned. The figure on your quote is genuinely the final figure.
Our fleet is 1 to 5 years old, all Euro VI engines, TÜV-inspected, with three-point seatbelts on every seat. We're an RDA and ASTA member and every tour runs 100% carbon-offset.
