You get one all-inclusive price covering the driver, fuel, tolls, parking, and VAT, so there are no surprise add-ons after the trip. We do not publish fixed rates because every school excursion has its own route, group size, and schedule. Send us the details and you will have a custom charter bus quote back within about two hours.

Every driver passes a full criminal background check, the equivalent of a UK DBS/CRB check, plus a driving-record review before being assigned to school work, and certificates are available to your school on request. On the road they follow safeguarding-aware conduct around students, and each averages more than 10 years behind the wheel. Vehicles are 1 to 5 years old, TUV-inspected, with Euro VI engines, three-point seatbelts on every seat and child seats on request.

EU Regulation 561/2006 limits our drivers to 9 hours of driving a day with a 45-minute break after 4.5 hours, so a very long day trip needs those stops built in, and we plan them before we confirm your timings. For distant destinations we will honestly tell you if the day is too long for one driver and suggest an overnight stop or a second driver instead. The break stops double nicely as toilet and snack pauses for the students.

Effectively, yes. School transport is priced per vehicle, not per seat, so adding teachers, assistants or parent chaperones costs nothing as long as the group fits the vehicle. Just include everyone in the headcount you send us so we match the right size, from a 19-seat minibus to a 49 to 60-seat coach.

Yes. We supply the paperwork school approval processes usually ask for: vehicle and insurance details, driver background-check confirmation and a written summary of our safety standards, all on request and at no charge. Most schools attach it directly to their own trip risk assessment. Ask when booking and it arrives together with your quote documents.

Plans change, and our cancellation terms are clear: cancel more than 14 days out and it is 10%, within 14 days 25%, within 2 days 50%, and within 24 hours 100%. We also run 24/7 human dispatch, so if a departure time shifts or a group runs late on the day, there is always a real person to call.
